This page shows the form validation in action. Try submitting the form with incorrect values to see the results.

Text Field 2: *		'required' - Must be filled
Text Field 3: *		'required' - Must be filled, min of 2 characters
Text Field 4:		'validate-alpha' - Must be Alpha characters only
Email: *		'required validate-email' - Must be filled and follow email structure
Website: *		'required' - Must be filled and a valid URL with 'http://'
Age: *		'required validate-number' - Must be filled, must be a valid number
Phone Number:		'validate-digits' - Only numeric characters and spaces allowed
Hair Colour:	Select: Brown Blonde Black Other	'validate-not-first' - Must select anything but the first in the list
Position:	IT Industry: - Programmer - Web Designer Building Industry: - Tiler - Plasterer - Brickie	'validate-not-empty' - Any option that does not have an empty value
Sports:	Tennis Soccer Extreme Sports	'validate-one-required' - At least one must be selected
Gender:	Male Female I don't know!	'validate-one-required' - At least one must be selected
Comments: *		'required' - Must be filled, min of 10 characters
